EYES OF NOCTUM Begins Recording New Album

EYES OF NOCTUM, the California-based black metal band fronted by Weston "Arcane" Coppola Cage (19-year-old son of actor Nicolas Cage),has entered Entourage studios to begin recording its second album for a late 2010 release through Morbid Rose Records. A single, "Inside The Minds Of Unrest", is expected to precede the full-length CD.

EYES OF NOCTUM's debut album, "Inceptum" , came out last year through Morbid Rose. The CD was recorded at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden with acclaimed producer Fredrik Nordström (DIMMU BORGIR, IN FLAMES, HAMMERFALL). Norwegian drummer Hellhammer (MAYHEM, DIMMU BORGIR) and Swedish multi-instrumentalist Snowy Shaw (THERION, DREAM EVIL, KING DIAMOND, MERCYFUL FATE, MEMENTO MORI, NOTRE DAME) both make guest appearances on the CD.
