F**K THE FACTS Issues DVD, Album Update

December 11, 2009

Canadian grind/metal quartet FUCK THE FACTS has issued the following update:

"It's been over a year in the making and we're finally getting very close to releasing 'Disgorge Mexico: The DVD'. This will include our full 'Disgorge Mexico' CD release show (filmed August 2, 2008 at Le Petit Chicago in Hull, Quebec, Canada) where we played the whole album from start to finish for the only time ever. This live section was filmed and edited by Phil Pattison & co. at Nictophobia Films.

"Check out the trailer below.

"The second half of the DVD will be 'Disgorge, Mexico: The Movie' created by our longtime video counterpart David Hall at Handshake Inc. He did the 'Sound Of Your Smashed Head' and 'High Street' videos for us in the past and this time he has created an entire film around our newest full-length.

"A trailer, photos and more info on the movie can been seen here.

"And check out the video for 'Kelowna' [see below] taken from 'Disgorge, Mexico: The Movie'.

"The DVD is currently being finalized, so we should be announcing a release date and taking pre-orders soon.

"We just finished recording four new songs (one which will also be on our new album),as well new versions of 'La Tete Hors De L'eau' (from the 'Collection Of Splits 2002-2004') and 'Doghead' (from 'Mullet Fever') for a seven-inch we'll be releasing in the New Year. Drums were tracked at Raven Street Studios by Dave Sarazin, with everything else handled by us at our home studio. Craig Boychuk will once again be handling the mix and mastering will be done by Alan Douches. The EP will be released independently in early 2010 and available on our upcoming European tour which kicks off at the beginning of March.

"We're currently working on the final pre-production of our next full-length. Recording of the album will beginning early January 2010."
