F5 To Perform At NAMM

January 5, 2009

F5 — the Phoenix-based band featuring former MEGADETH bassist David Ellefson, ex-SICK SPEED vocalist Dale Steele, guitarists Steve Conley and John Davis, and ex-MEGADETH drummer Jimmy DeGrasso — will headline this year's Sabian Live! concert during NAMM (National Association Of Music Merchants). The event will be held Friday, January 16 at the main Park Plaza Ballroom in The Sheraton Hotel Anaheim, California. NAMM badges are required for entrance and additional information for attendance will be available at the Sabian booth inside the Anaheim Convention Center during trade show hours. The event will begin at 8:00 p.m., with F5's performance scheduled for 10:40 p.m. The evening's concert will be broadcast live via www.drumchannel.com.

Ellefson will sign autographs for Rockhouse Method at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16 and for Peavey at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17. DeGrasso will sign autographs both Friday and Saturday (January 16 and 17, respectively) at the Sabian booth, times to be announced at the show. Conley will be doing product demos and autograph signings at various times throughout the convention at the Krank Amplification booth.

Important: The NAMM show is **NOT** open to the public. The only attendees are NAMM member companies and their invited guests.

F5 will have its sophomore album, "The Reckoning", released in Europe on January 23, 2009 via Silverwolf Productions. The follow-up to 2005's "A Drug for All Seasons", which was released in the U.S. on August 19 through OarFin Distribution, was produced by Ryan Greene at his Crush Recording facility in Scottsdale, Arizona.

"A Drug for all Seasons" was released in North America in September 2005 via Cleopatra Records. The original version of "A Drug for all Seasons" is also available in Asia on JVC Victor Entertainment and in Europe on Mascot Records.
