3FACED Recording New Material With Former EVANESCENCE Guitarist

3FACED, the new Southern California-based band featuring guitarist/vocalist Patrick Kennison (formerly of UNION UNDERGROUND) and bassist Marty O'Brien (TOMMY LEE, DISTURBED, STATIC-X),took home the award for "Best Alternative Act" at the first annual "Southern California Music Awards". The band were also nominated in the "Best Song" category for their track "I Am". They also performed at the event in front of a sold-out crowd of 1,200 at the historic Warner Grand Theater in San Pedro, California.

In other 3FACED news, the band entered the studio a few days ago to begin recording four new songs with producer/former EVANESCENCE guitarist/songwriter Ben Moody.
