FALL OF SERENITY Begins Writing New Material

March 5, 2007

German melodic death/thrash metal outfit FALL OF SERENITY has entered the rehearsal room begin writing material for its next album. Seven songs have already been completed and songwriting is "coming up well and pretty interesting," according to a press release.

Commented singer John Gahlert: "After an exciting year 2006 with about 60 shows, we are more than ready to put all our energy and passion into the new songs. We restructured and improved our line up and welcome Ferdinand to the team. He is a guitar maniac and will help us to bring the new tunes to a higher level. The new album will without a doubt be another big step in our musical development and we promise you nothing but a blast! The new stuff is more of everything, it's more groove, more power, more thrash and of course a lot more headbanging metal, haha. We can't wait to tape that! So we decided to play just a couple of exclusive shows before we enter good old Rape Of Harmonies studio (HEAVEN SHALL BURN, BURNING SKIES, MISERY SPEAKS, etc) in June to calibrate ourselves for the recordings. Check out the dates and party with us!"
