FATAL SMILE Will Not Support W.A.S.P. In Spain
November 21, 2006Despite a previous announcement to the contrary, Swedish "traditional" hard rock/heavy metal band FATAL SMILE will NOT support W.A.S.P. on their Spanish dates.
As previously reported, FATAL SMILE is currently writing songs for its next studio album, tentatively due in early 2007. According to the band, the new material "seems to be heavier and angrier than the previous ones, so prepare for some heavy duty when the 'Fatals' are delivering the goods..." Songtitles set to appear on the upcoming CD include "Black Light Morning", "Root Of All Evil", "Out Of My System", "Burn Baby Burn", "Lost Majesty", "God Bless The Lies", "Electric Storm", "United Circus", "…By The End Of The Day", "When Heaven Falls Down", "Deadly Hoax", "Twist Of Fate" and "Manic Luxury & Magic Pleasures".
FATAL SMILE supported WINGER and W.A.S.P. on several European dates last month.
FATAL SMILE released its sophomore album, "Neo Natural Freaks", in February via GMR Music. The follow-up to 2002's "Beyond Reality" was once again produced by Jonas Östman (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, GLORY),while the mixing duties were handled by Stefan Glaumann (RAMMSTEIN, BACKYARD BABIES).
