FELLSILENT Forced To Pull Out Of 'Crush 'Em All Tour'

January 24, 2009

U.K. metallers FELLSILENT have been denied access to the U.S. to take part in the Crush 'Em All Tour with VEIL OF MAYA, AFTER THE BURIAL and ABACABB. The trek kicked off last night (Friday, January 23) in San Jose, California.

Commented FELLSILENT in a statement: "Due to reasons beyond our control, FELLSILENT will no longer be able to take part in the Crush 'Em All Tour 2009. Apologies to anyone who has been waiting patiently to come see us; we love and appreciate your support.

"As you can imagine, it takes a huge amount of effort to organize a tour of this size, and the workload and costs are huge. We're extremely pissed off that we had this tour pulled from us as we all made huge sacrifices to make this trip. It's a huge blow for the band, as it's left some of us homeless and a lot of us completely moneyless. However, our album release in the States will be going ahead as planned this March! And there's still light at the end of the tunnel for an American tour at some point later this year. Once we managed to get ourselves back on our feet, we'll be making our way over to Europe to tour later this year, so keep your eye out for dates!"

FELLSILENT's debut CD, "The Hidden Words", will be released in the U.S. on March 3 via Sumerian Records.
