FINNTROLL Frontman Steps Aside (Temporarily)

FINNTROLL frontman Katla has been forced to step aside temporarily from the vocalist duties in the band due to a growing tumor in his vocal cords. Here is the singer's official statement on the matter: Due to a tumor in my vocal cords I was not able to sing at all during the autumn. I had a surgery in December, but now the tumor has started to revive. Because of this I will have to take a break from all my singing duties in FINNTROLL. I suspect to be revived and cured in time for the summer festivals (though no promises can be made). The last gig for the spring for me will be in Tampere, Finland on the 26th of January. I will be momentarily replaced by Tommy berg (BLOODSHED) and on some gigs (for example Moscow) by Tapio Vilska (SETHIAN, ex-DARKWOODS MY BETROTHED, ex-NATTVINDENS GRT, ex-WIZZARD). I hope these guys will (and trust me they will!) troll your asses off! I am sincerely sorry that it had to come to this and I shall overcome.
