FIREBIRD To Record New Album In The Summer

FIREBIRD, the British band led by former CARCASS/NAPALM DEATH guitarist Bill Steer, will enter the studio in the summer to record their fourth album, tentatively due later in the year through Japan's JVC Records. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Needle In The Groove", "Flying Blind", "Play The Fool" and "Bread, Butter & Champagne".

FIREBIRD's last album, "No. 3", received a European release in June 2003 through SPV/Steamhammer Records. The CD was recorded at Berno Studios in Malmö, Sweden.
