FIREWIND Performs With TARA TERESA In Sofia; Video Footage, Photos Available

Video footage of Greek melodic metallers FIREWIND performing the song "Breaking The Silence" on January 9, 2009 in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a special guest appearance by female singer Tara Teresa, can be viewed below (clip uploaded by "Zhignatov").

Tara was last seen performing with FIREWIND at various festivals in 2006 and collaborated with the band on the "Breaking The Silence" single, which broke the Top 20 in Greece and remained on the chart for several weeks.

Gus G. (guitar) and Bob Katsionis (keyboards, guitar) of FIREWIND will attend this year's NAMM (National Association Of Music Merchants) show, which is being held January 15-18 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. Their schedule is as follows:

ESP Guitars booth performances (Gus and Bob):

* Friday, January 16: 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
* Saturday, January 17: 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Gus G. will be signing the following times and dates:

* Saturday, January 17: Randall Amplifiers booth 5244 HALL B, 11:00 a.m.
* Saturday, January 17: ESP Guitars booth, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Gus will also be unveiling two new signature products: his new ESP and LTD models and also a signature amplifier by Randall. The amp is based on the T2 model and it's called Heaven & Hell.

Important: The NAMM show is **NOT** open to the public. The only attendees are NAMM member companies and their invited guests.

FIREWIND's first-ever live effort, "Live Premonition", was released all across Europe last month and is available as DVD, 2CD and deluxe DVD+2CD set offering a stunning 22-song set filmed and recorded last year in the band's hometown of Thessaloniki.

The 2CD version of "Live Premonition" consists of the audio portion of the main show on two separate CDs, available for the price of one CD. The DVD also features many extras such as behind-the-scenes footage, special acoustic live performances, promo clips and much more.
