FIREWIND: Tips And Tricks With BOB KATSIONIS

FIREWIND's Bob Katsionis (guitar, keyboards) recently recorded an instructional lesson for the band's official YouTube channel, FireTV. It can be viewed below.

Commented Katsionis: "In this series of lessons, I will show and explain some of my keyboard solos and parts out of 'The Premonition' album as well as present some of my simultaneous keyboard and guitar performances as these have been seen during FIREWIND gigs. This first video lesson contains stuff from the songs 'Into The Fire', 'Angels Forgive Me' and some lead keyboard licks."

New FireTV episodes featuring lessons from FIREWIND members Apollo Papathanasio (vocals),Mark Cross (drums) and Gus G. (guitar) will follow in the next couple of weeks.

FIREWIND had its latest album, "The Premonition", released in Japan on June 25 through King Records. The LP was made available on a limited-edition CD+DVD including four songs from the band's acclaimed hometown show in Thessaloniki on January 12, 2008, plus in-depth interviews with all bandmembers. In addition, the album contains three bonus tracks: "Ride To The Rainbow's End", "Spirits In A Digital World" and "Mercenary Man" (acoustic version).

FIREWIND's "Mercenary Man" single entered the Greek chart at position No. 6.
