Former AC/DC Bassist Interviewed By THE MUSICIAN'S VOICE

December 25, 2009

Mark Uricheck of The Musician's Voice recently conducted an interview with former AC/DC bassist Mark Evans. The chat is available for streaming using the audio player below.

Evans is now involved with a pure blues project — the TICE & EVANS duo. Mark talks in detail about the pair's new gritty, haunting acoustic blues disc, "Brothers In Arms", as well as his working history with Dave Tice (former member of Aussie rockers BUFFALO). Mark even chats a bit about his time in AC/DC from 1975 to 1977, with a thought or two on his old buddy Bon Scott.

Evans — who spent time in the Australian band HEAVEN in the mid-'80s — played on AC/DC's "High Voltage", "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", "TNT", and "Let There Be Rock" albums, which have sold a combined 11 million copies in the U.S.
