Former ANNIHILATOR Bassist Back In Vancouver, Seeking New Gig

March 20, 2007

Former ANNIHILATOR bassist Russell Bergquist has issued the following update:

"It has been a while since I 'blogged.' I have had a few major things go on with me over the last while which dictated me living back in Vancouver. As some of you know I was living in the Netherlands with my wife and son. Unfortunately, the Dutch government is completely willing to break up families over immigration and told me to leave that country. And in the midst of all this, my relationship with my wife went to shit. So, I am here now in Vancouver starting all over again.

"This has really gotten in the way of a lot of things musically for me but I am now looking for a gig possibly, and also have been writing more songs to complete what I started with my solo project. I hope to start recording before the summer. Then when I have it done I will release it somehow.

"Concerning what I mentioned about looking for a gig. I am looking for serious offers only. Same goes for session work. Want me to play bass for ya? I would love to. Give me a shout!"
