Former BOLT THROWER/BENEDICTION Frontman Launches 'Metal Breakfast Radio' Podcast

Dave Ingram, former vocalist for BOLT THROWER, BENEDICTION, DOWNLORD and current STRANGLER gargler (along with his partner-in-soundcrime, Donovan Spenceley, also ex-DOWNLORD) have a new podcast show up for download, from their company Dark Sentinel Productions.

Commented Dave: "Firstly, we changed the previous 'Dark Side Productions' name as it was WAY too friggin' geeky with all the 'Star Wars' shit out there. The new company is Dark Sentinel Productions, and the podcast we put out is called 'Metal Breakfast Radio'. Secondly, it's for the promotion of unsigned metal, punk, and hardcore bands. Both me and Don are tired of the bullshit that propagates the commercial metal genre, 'cause everyone misses out on some fucking cool bands!! So if any unsigned bands want some exposure, either on the podcast or just on our site, then get in touch with us via our main web site or MySpace. The show basically revolves around us both having several beers (!!!) and listening to bands in addition with our brand of humor so expect some piss-taking! It's explicit, it's metal, it's low-brow, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where we're coming from."

Future episodes will include interviews (ex-DIMMU BORGIR drummer Reno Kiilerich is scheduled for an imminent show),competitions to win "a whole bunch of shit like collector T-shirts, and whatever else we got lying around our global headquarters," plus plenty of great (and some not-so-great) music, and a lot of comedy and "trash" talk.

Said Dave: "I'm very much into underground death metal bands, so me and Don want to promote 'em, and expose the REAL keepers of the underground."
