Former DYOXEN Guitarist Resurfaces In ONE TRIBE NATION

Guitarist Michael Sanders, formerly of the London, Ontario-based metal band DYOXEN (who had some international success and airplay in the '90s but only released one album, 1990's "First Among Equals"),has relocated to Los Angeles and formed ONE TRIBE NATION, which is being decribed in a press release as "an eclectic mix of world-class musicians inspired by culture, diversity, and the concept of a single world community." The band's debut CD, "Servants of a Lesser God", features contributions from Andy Vargas (SANTANA) on vocals, Luis Conte (SANTANA, MADONNA, MANA) on percussion, Dave Filice (GREAT WHITE) on bass, Jimmy Roberts (ROD STEWART, TOWER OF POWER, ALLMAN BROS) on the saxophone, Joshua Eagan (PINK, ENRIQUE IGLESIAS, STEVE LUKATHER, BILLY SHEEHAN) on drums, Chuck Prada (BLACK EYED PEAS, KARL DENSON, RICKY MARTIN) on percussion, Rocklin Thompson on vocals, Jean-Michel Byron (TOTO) on vocals, and Dave Schulz (GOO GOO DOLLS, ENGLISH BEAT) on keyboards, among others. ONE TRIBE NATION's sound is said to be "like a mixture of SANTANA and JEFF BECK."
