February 11, 2009

SLAVIOR/ex-FATES WARNING drummer Mark Zonder has issued the following update:

"I was asked by Lauten microphones to record a few clips [see below] using their mics. I have been a big fan of these mics for quite awhile now. These were done live with me playing to a recorded music track. All of the drums are live in my studio. Go to LautenAudio.com to get the specs on signal path etc."

Mark Zonder has scheduled the following drum clinics:

Mar. 24 - Guitar Center (10831 Pico Blvd) - West Los Angeles, CA
Mar. 26 - Guitar Center (12479 Foothill #G Etiwanda) - Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Mar. 31 - Guitar Center (8825 Murray Dr. La Mesa) - San Diego, CA

SLAVIOR's self-titled debut album was released on April 3, 2007 via Inside Out Music. A versatile, melodic hard rock/metal act, SLAVIOR's debut album features elements familiar to Zonder's progressive metal past, but also introduces a wide array influences including reggae, hip-hop, and modern rock.
