Former FORBIDDEN Guitarist CRAIG LOCICERO Talks About New Band
December 18, 2004Former FORBIDDEN/MANMADEGOD and current SPIRALARMS guitarist Craig Locicero has posted the following message on the SPIRALARMSweb site:
"Hello to everyone who's come across our website just checking it out, or just to see what the hell this — SPIRALARMS is about. It's about music, real and honest to ourselves, only following the bell that we live by... Our own mantra! Oh yea, this is Craig Locicero here. Anyone who knows my Internet indeavors will be quick to say I don't have any. True, but I feel like I've been distant only in the way the cyberworld sees me. Throughout the last year there has been so much more good than bad in my life I can't possibly convey it all. That may sound strange from the outside, but trust me, it's true. Playing with these guys, writing these (especialy new) songs, having my first son with my amazing wife, that's being alive!
"Music is all Ive ever done, and I just want to be in unconcious harmony when
I'm creating it. I guess that's the main reason why I've kept a distance from the Net, because it can be distracting, but I think it's overdue for anyone who has ever followed FORBIDDEN or MANMADEGOD to understand how much what we are doing right now means to us. It's heartfelt and sincere. It's SPIRALARMS!!!"
SPIRALARMS are continuing the recording process for their next three-song demo at the Bomb Shelter studios in L.A. with the help of producer Eric Kretz (STONE TEMPLE PILOTS). The group's current lineup is as follows:
Tim Narducci (ex-SYSTEMATIC) - Guitars and Vocals
Craig Locicero (ex-MANMADEGOD, FORBIDDEN) – Guitars
Steve Jacobs (ex-MANMADEGOD, FORBIDDEN) - Drums
James Walker (ex-MANMADEGOD) – Bass
