Former HELLOWEEN Singer Confirms FRONTIERS Deal, Plans To Enter Studio In November
October 28, 2005As BLABBERMOUTH.NET first reported on October 25, former HELLOWEEN singer Michael Kiske has confirmed that he has inked a new solo deal with Italy's Frontiers Records. The deal is for two records and "is an excellent option after the successful cooperation and experience with the label during the PLACE VENDOME project," Kiske writes in a statement.
Kiske will enter the studio in early November to begin recording his new solo album for an early 2006 release. The singer had previously issued three "solo" releases, including a 2003 effort with a band project dubbed SUPARED. The self-titled SUPARED CD featured songwriting collaborations between Kiske and guitarists Sandro Giampietro and Circio Taraxes, the latter of whom had previously contributed to the singer's first two solo offerings, 1996's "Instant Clarity" and 1999's "Readiness to Sacrifice".
