Former JOE LYNN TURNER Guitarist BOBBY MESSANO Releases New Blues CD

March 15, 2009

Contemporary blues artist Bobby Messano, who played on Joe Lynn Turner's (RAINBOW, DEEP PURPLE, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN) "Rescue You" album and toured with the singer to promote the CD, has just released the long-awaited follow-up to his Grammy-nominated 2003 LP, "Holdin' Ground", on iTunes worldwide, Rhapsody and Amazon MP3 (U.S. and U.K.).

"Trials, Traumas, Tribulations And Demos" is a combination of new songs and songs that were heard on TV, cable and in movies . Also included are songs that were on hold with major artists. This project is a "back-to-basics" approach of rockin' blues guitar songs, sittin'-on-the-porch-jammin' tunes and great instrumentals.

Bobby is best known for playing on over 50 albums and CDs and for being Steve Winwood and Lou Gramm's tour guitarist. He has had two contemporary blues releases on major label-distributed Ichiban and Fishhead Records.

Bobby finished 2008 with some stellar shows and is booking 2009 in national rooms and festivals.
