Former KITTIE Bassist Comments On Her Departure

March 24, 2005

Former KITTIE bassist Jennifer Arroyo has commented on her departure from the group to focus on her other band, SUICIDE CITY (also featuring BIOHAZARD's Billy Graziadei). In an online posting, Jennifer wrote, "Yes, I left KITTIE. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make in my life, but sometimes in life you have to make decisions for yourself. This was one of them. I love Morgan [Lander, guitar/vocals] and Mercedes [Lander, drums] with all my heart and they know that. There is no bad blood WHAT-SO-EVER. In fact, I hope Artemis finally decides to drop the band so THEY can move on with their lives. They truly deserve it after all the wrongs that have been done to the band KITTIE.

"I'm not going ANYWHERE… no no no!!!! I'm devoting all my efforts into SUICIDE CITY and can't wait to see ALL OF YOU with my boys in tow. It's my heart and I couldn't be more excited about the future!!!

"Thank you for all the support and love... the three years with KITTIE was some of the best times of my life… thank you all for the memories... I had an awesome time!!!

"See you with SUICIDE CITY!"
