Former MEGADETH Bassist Prepares To Hit The Road With Mystery Project

April 24, 2006

Will Beardmore, who runs the MEGADETH fan site www.RattleheadHQ.com, has just created the official web site for former MEGADETH bassist James MacDonough. Check it out at www.JamesMacDonough.net. A posting from James on the site reads as follows: "There are two projects in the works and in the next couple days when it's officially released you will see it here. I will see you on tour in two weeks."

MacDonough (also ex-ICED EARTH) parted ways with MEGADETH in February due to "personal differences." His replacement in MEGADETH is James Lomenzo, who has previously played with BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and WHITE LION, among other bands.
