Former SAVATAGE Frontman To Issue Comeback Effort

CIRCLE II CIRCLE, the new band of former SAVATAGE frontman Zachary Stevens, will release their debut album, entitled Watching In Silence, in February/March 2003 through Germany's AFM Records.
