Former SCORPIONS Drummer HERMAN RAREBELL To Appear At Greek Fan Club Party

Former SCORPIONS drummer Herman Rarebell will be the special guest at a party that is being thrown by the band's Greek fan club on Saturday, July 4 at Hard Rock Cafe in Athens. Herman's latest release, "Herman's Collection", will be available for purchase at the event, as will the English version of his audio book, "My Life As A Scorpion".

SCORPIONS will headline the Scorpions Festival 2009 on July 6 Karaiskaki stadium in Athens, Greece. This year's edition of the event will include a so-called SCORPIONS "reunion," featuring appearances by various former members of the band, including Uli Jon Roth, Michael Schenker and Rarebell.

Herman's new project HERMAN ZE GERMAN has scheduled the following dates:

July 10 - Rocklahoma - Pryor, OK (Retrospect Stage Headliner)
July 17 - Mississippi Mud House - Cape Girardeau, MO
July 18 - Heartbreakers - St. Louis, MO

The group's current lineup is as follows:

Herman Rarebell (SCORPIONS) - Drums
Duke Jackson (STRIKEFORCE) - Guitar
Timexx Nasty (DRIVIN' RAIN, BEGGARS JURY) - Vocals
Joe Council (STRIKEFORCE, PUSH) – Bass
