Former SKINLAB Guitarist Looking For New Members For THE GHOST NEXT DOOR Project

February 9, 2008

Gary Wendt (ex-SKINLAB, RELEASE, SACRILEGE B.C.) has parted ways with his THE GHOST NEXT DOOR bandmates due to what he claims was "a faltering work ethic and a blatant lack of commitment." He says, "I am in the process of finishing a full-length CD and need committed individuals who can tear shit up onstage. Have you got what it takes? Family first, band second. Period. I have many industry connections as well as legal representation. Are you, without question, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty? If you're interested, contact me through MySpace. Serious inquiries only."

According to the project's official bio, "THE GHOST NEXT DOOR is a compelling alt/metal trio hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area. With scathing, forthright lyrics over a heavy yet melodic soundscape, TGND is dedicated to the unrelenting pursuit of quality in a genre plagued by repetition and lackluster songwriting. Since its inception in early 2004, THE GHOST NEXT DOOR has displayed an uncompromising work ethic, exposing audiences to an expressive take on modern-day alternative rock and roll, showing the world that despite the bleak outlook illustrated in the songs, there is still promise."
