Former SPREAD EAGLE Singer Releases Solo Album

October 7, 2009

Former SPREAD EAGLE singer Ray West has released his debut solo album, "All Pointz West", via CD Baby, iTunes, and Amazon.com. The music on the CD is described in a press release as "modern hard rock, drawing influence from today's contemporaries such as KORN, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, and RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE." West calls the album "melodic, soulful, and psychotic. In other words, this is not an '80s hair metal record."

A free download of the song "Novacaine" is available at West's link text
MySpace page. The track was heard on the USA TV series "Burn Notice" and will also be featured in FX's "Sons of Anarchy" on November 10, 2009. The song will also be in a new indie movie "Paper Man".

Several other songs from "All Pointz West" will be featured in the new Braap film "Narly 9" as well as the movie "Crusty Demons".
