Former STILL REMAINS, THE SHOWDOWN Members Join Forces In JULEUS

May 4, 2009

JULEUS, a new West Michigan rock group featuring Mike Church (STILL REMAINS),AJ Barrette (THE SHOWDOWN),Ben Allen (DISSONANT),Luke Galas (THE ORPHAN),and Austin Poel (BROKEN SUNDAY),is primed and ready to be the breakout rock sensation of 2009!

Armed with the very best rock, metal, and pop musicians Grand Rapids has to offer, JULEUS has been a tireless workhorse of studio work for the past year. Over the past 10 months the band has written songs with influences including MUSE, ALICE IN CHAINS and THRICE. JULEUS is trying to prove that the sincerity of five friends destined to be in a band together can create music free from limitations or boundaries.

JULEUS is planning on releasing a new demo song for online streaming every other week all summer long in addition to a series of video webisodes on weeks without song postings.

JULEUS is currently in the live room prepping for their live debut, a pair of local shows in Grand Rapids this June, with plans for more extensive touring to come.
