Former THE EXALTED PILEDRIVER Guitarist Posts Another Solo Track

January 15, 2010

Former THE EXALTED PILEDRIVER guitarist Mark Anthony Kopernicky (a.k.a. Kinky Pork Cream) has posted another song from his PROJECT GEMINI solo project at this location.

Commented Anthony, "The vocals for ['P.T.S.D. (Post Tramatic Stress Disorder)'] were done by a very talented and good friend of mine named Michael Burley. Mike has been a friend of mine since elementary school, where we first met . We both love RUSH. In fact, Mike sings and plays guitar for a Vancouver-based RUSH tribute called R30 which have toured around Canada. Also Mike teaches music and for the past couple of years he has been working on several other projects with film and music, including making music for several short films, working with other local friends and artists in the Vancouver area. Mike will also be singing on a few more of the songs on 'Tornadic', along with other guest vocalists. One of which is Monica Julie from HAYLEY STARK. Monica is also a longtime friend, but I will talk about her more once I get her song posted."

"Tornadic" will feature contributions from bassist Rob Tollefson (ex-PILEDRIVER) and drummer Gerry Keough (ex-PILEDRIVER, RECKON WITH ONE).

THE EXALTED PILEDRIVER's first album in 22 years, "Metal Manifesto", was released on November 18, 2008. The CD was mixed by veteran Neil Kernon (CANNIBAL CORPSE, NEVERMORE) and it follows up the classic cult discography of the band: "Metal Inquisition" (1985) and "Stay Ugly" (1986).
