Former THEATRE OF TRAGEDY Member TOMMY LINDAL Launches ...IN DEVILTRY

December 12, 2008

...IN DEVILTRY, the new Rio Grando do Norte, Brazil-based band formed by Tommy Lindal, one of the founding members of Norway's THEATRE OF TRAGEDY, has launched its official web site at this location. According to the group's official bio, "the whole idea of [...IN DEVILTRY] is to continue the saga that THEATRE OF TRAGEDY began writing in the beginning. It has been decided to only play old THEATRE OF TRAGEDY material from this epic for one reason, to get all members to 'communicate' in the same language, before they start writing new material early next year. They are currently rehearsing a lot, and is preparing for a tour with the bands SEMBLANT and RAVENLAND in January that will cover the most parts of Brazil."

...IN DEVILTRY is:

Gerson Carvalho (PRIMORDIUM) - Vocais
Larisse Katarine (MYSTIC MELODY) - Vocais
Tommy Lindal - Guitar
Thiago Varella (PRIMORDIUM) - Guitar
Alexander Pereira (LORD BLASPHEMATE) - Bass
Ariane Salgado - Violin
Luciana Varella - Keyboards
Matheus Medeiros - Drums

Tommy Lindal has recorded a guest appearance on two songs for the upcoming album from the Brazilian gothic metal band RAVENLAND, "And a Crow Brings me Back", which will be released through Free Mind Records.

Tommy Lindal left THEATRE OF TRAGEDY in 1997 for medical reasons.
