Former WHITE ZOMBIE Drummer Available For Session Work

December 26, 2006

Former WHITE ZOMBIE drummer Ivan de Prume is offering to track drums on your song and have it for you within three days for only $135. Ivan is a triple platinum/Grammy-nominated drummer/percussionist that played on five WHITE ZOMBIE albums and is now with HEALER. A posting on the HEALER web site reads: "Simply send Ivan a mix of your song without drums and he will track his drums to the song in his state-of-the-art professional recording studio using Avalon preamps and send it back to you within three days for only $135. And if you dont love the track, agree to delete it forever and Ivan will refund 100% of your money guaranteed. To hear some of his latest drumming from the same studio, click www.cdbaby.com/cd/healer.

"Here is how it works: Mix your song down as an MP3 with the start of the song beginning at the top of a bar. Leave one bar of space before the music starts. Use the snap feature to be sure, if you can. This way the song can load into the workstation and snap to the grid. Copy and paste the following questions into an email to [email protected] and answer them the best you can. Attach the mix and send away. Next send a deposit of $65 via PayPal to [email protected] and the session starts.

01. Your name, address, phone, email, website, MySpace page.
02. Song name
03. What is the time signature and BPM (beats per minute) of the song?
04. The style.
05. Describe what you want on the drums in your song. Such as Keep it simple, Just whatever you feel it needs, Follow the bass line and keep it funky, As wild and energetic as possible, Keep it real laid back etc.
06. Important timing accents that are required.
07. Important drumming sections. Such as: dont play in this section, drop out the cymbals, only cymbals (no drums),only soft toms, Just kick drum etc
08. How do you want the final stereo mix? Choose Wave or AIFF. 16 or 24bit. 44.1 or 48k
09. Only if you would need the individual tracks separated out (kick, snare, etc) add $65.

"An MP3 preview mix will be sent to you for review. Once you receive the file simply load it into your session for review. Have the start of the track begin in the same place of the original mix you sent me. If you want any changes we offer two free adjustments. Each additional adjustment is $25. If you end up just not satisfied we will happily refund your money. Once you are satisfied with the drums pay the balance via PayPal and the final stereo drum mix (and individual tracks if you added that) will be sent to you. Once the final tracks are sent no refunds can be made."
