Former WICKED MARAYA Singer Pays Tribute To RONNIE JAMES DIO

Former WICKED MARAYA vocalist Lou Falco has released the following statement regarding the passing of legendary heavy metal singer Ronnie James Dio (DIO, HEAVEN & HELL, BLACK SABBATH, RAINBOW):

"After a lifetime of listening to and being moved by everything Ronnie James Dio did — from RAINBOW to HEAVEN & HELL — I had the pleasure of spending time with him after HEAVEN & HELL's May 2007 concert in Houston.

"To sit down for an hour and talk singing, vocal melodies, and lyrics with my all-time favorite singer was mind-blowing. His influence on me and every other vocalist can never be measured. The fact that he made you feel like an equal while talking about a craft that he soared above most in tells so much about the man... the LEGEND.

"His voice will reign forever..."
