France's X-VISION Announces Special Christmas Show

September 20, 2006

French metal/hardcore act X-VISION has announced a special show on December 19 at Les Trinitaires in their hometown of Metz. The first set will be composed of the band's entire first album, "Time of the New Slavery", while the second set will feature the 11 tracks to be included on the group's forthcoming second CD, due out next spring on an as-yet-undetermined label.

Released in May 2004, "Time of the New Slavery" was produced by Stéphane Buriez (LOUDBLAST) and was followed by a French and Benelux tour, including appearance at the 2004 Eurockeennes Festival alongside KORN, SLIPKNOT and THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, the 2004 Dour Festival and the 2005 edition of the French Fury Fest. X-VISION also opened for ANTHRAX on their 2004 French tour, and played numerous shows with GOJIRA.
