GENE HOGLAN Added To 'Sick Drummer Camp'

Sick Drummer Magazine has added legendary extreme-metal drummer Gene ''The Atomic Clock" Hoglan (DETHKLOK, FEAR FACTORY, TESTAMENT, DEATH, DARK ANGEL, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD) to its star-studded Sick Drummer Camp. It will be a five-day event featuring some of extreme metal's biggest names, including Gus Rios (MALEVOLENT CREATION),Dirk Verbeuren (SOILWORK),George Kollias (NILE),Derek Roddy (HATE ETERNAL, NILE, TODAY IS THE DAY),Sean Reinert (CYNIC, DEATH) and Danny Walker (INTRONAUT).

The Camp is open to those 18 and older and will be held the first week of October in Northern California, about an hour north of San Francisco on a five-acre private retreat. This retreat is amazing and offers seclusion, various class/performance spaces, lounge areas, hot tubs, an inground pool, billiards, hiking trails and much more. You will be close to nearby stores, shopping, restaurants, wineries, a casino and many other attractions.

Gene Hoglan recently released his long-awaited instructional DVD, "The Atomic Clock". Available on Hoglan Industries in the U.S. and on Reversed Records in Canada, the disc showcases Hoglan's three decades of experience of performing and recording with the world's most well-known metal bands such as DEVIN TOWNSEND, DARK ANGEL, DEATH, DETHKLOK, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, TESTAMENT, ZIMMER'S HOLE, and most recently FEAR FACTORY, along with many others on his resume.
