GENE SIMMONS Lists His Las Vegas Valley Estate For $14.95 Million

KISS bassist/vocalist Gene Simmonshas listed his Southern Nevada estate for $14,950,000. The Ivan Sher Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties has been selected to represent the home, located in the prestigious Ascaya community in Henderson just south of the Las Vegas Strip.
