GENE SIMMONS: Photos From Tower Records Signing Session Posted Online

September 8, 2006

The signing session by Gene Simmons and his longtime live-in lover Shannon Tweed that took place Thursday (September 7) at Tower Records in Los Angeles attracted a small yet enthusiastic crowd. Gene and Shannon not only signed their respective books, "Sex Money Kiss" and "Kiss And Tell", but also "Detroit Rock City" DVDs, KISS CDs and the like. Of course the couple also posed for photos with fans, while their son Nick and daughter Sophie also were present.

Simmons and his family — Tweed (the woman he's been "happily unmarried" to for 23 years),and their children, Nick, 18, and Sophie, 14 — are starring in a new reality show for the A&E network, called "Gene Simmons Family Jewels".

Simmons recently announced on his web site that "Gene Simmons Family Jewels"' first episode was the most-watched series premiere of any A&E show since the launch of "Dog the Bounty Hunter" in August of 2004. There have been 12 new prime-time series since that date.
