GENITORTURERS: Debut Album Re-Released
February 15, 2008Caroline Records has announce the re-release of the long-out-of-print debut album from the controversial Florida shoxk-rockers GENITORTURERS.
"120 Days of Genitorture" was originally released on IRS in 1993, on the heels of a tremendous buzz surrounding the band's unique live show which mixes hardcore punk with metal and industrial elements. Co-produced by LORDS OF THE NEW CHURCH member Nick Turner and Gen, and mixed by Dave Ogilvie (SKINNY PUPPY, NIN, MARILYN MANSON, TOOL),"120 Days Of Genitorture" is a ground-breaking tour de force exploring the limits of submission and domination in a brutal musical context.
The album has been remastered and the controversial original artwork is intact. It is also available digitally.
GENITORTURERS are fronted by the beautiful Gen and the current line-up also features MORBID ANGEL frontman David "Evil D" Vincent on bass. The band has been covered by many high profile media outlets, including features on VH1, Fox News, "Hard Copy", HBO's "Real Sex" and Playboy TV's "Sexcetera", and even 12 pages in Hustler. They have just released a new DVD (their second) and have a new album in the works as well.
