GENUFLECT: In Writing Mode

GENUFLECT, the Boston-based band featuring former REVEILLE members Drew Simollardes (vocals) and Greg Sullivan (guitar),has issued the following update:

"GENUFLECT is currently in the studio writing 'The Shadow Side', a new album due out Friday the 13th of March 2009. Production begins soon and the band is pleased to again be working with producer Jim Foster of NULLSET at Fostercare Farm Studio.

"The day the album is released, GENUFLECT will be performing in Boston, Massachusetts to kick off their national tour. Many dates in many states will be added soon to the tour schedule."

GENUFLECT's debut album, "The End of the World", was released in May 2007. The CD was recorded with producer Jim Foster (NULLSET, GANGSTA BITCH BARBIE).

GENUFLECT — whose lineup is completed by rock veteran Tim Munroe on bass/backing vocals and Jeff Lawn of SEVENTH RAIL CREW on drums — describes its sounds as "raw, powerful, and always in your face."
