GEORGE LYNCH Talks About IRON STEEL; Video Available

January 24, 2008

A short video clip of legendary guitarist George Lynch talking about the band IRON STEEL at this year's NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) show, which was held January 17-20 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, can be viewed below.

The men of IRON STEEL — along with Homme De Mystere on guitar, and songwriter Zach Strine) have been slaving away in Tree Sound Studios / Light House Studios in Atlanta, GA, writing and recording five brand new tracks with mega-producer Johnny K. (DISTURBED, 3 DOORS DOWN, STAIND). The new classics — "Attack", "STD", "Pie Eater", "Hail Satan", and "Goth Girl" — were mixed in early January by Shawn Grove (MATCHBOX 20, SEVENDUST).

IRON STEEL contributing musicians:

Fran Strine (Vocals/Guitar)
Tommy Redd (Guitar)
Morgan Rose (SEVENDUST) (Drums)
Jim LaMarca (CHIMAIRA) (Bass)
Rachel Bolan (SKID ROW) (Bass)
David Ellefson (ex-MEGADETH) (Bass)

Commenting on IRON STEEL, Ellefson said in a press release, "IRON STEEL is the modern-day STORMTROOPERS OF DEATH. It's all bad-ass players throwin' down on one sick disc of metal!"
