August 11, 2005

Legendary guitarist George Lynch (DOKKEN, LYNCH MOB) will be embarking on an East Coast tour in September. The first stop on the trek will be Jaxx in Virginia, with more dates to follow. Cities that will be hit during the tour include:

Springfield, VA
Clifton, NJ
West Springfield, MA
New York City, NY
Long Island, NY
Philadelphia, PA
Chicago, IL
Cleveland, OH

Lynch's band for the trek will consist of the following:

George Lynch (LYNCH MOB, DOKKEN) - Guitar
Mike Frowin (LYNCH MOB, LYNCH PILSON, WAR & PEACE) - Drums
Rob DeLuca (SPREAD EAGLE, OURS, JOAN JETT) - Bass
Andrew Freeman (BLOCKK 16, THIRTY STONES) - Vocals

The band just completed a string of West Coast and Northwest dates in June and July. Check out show reviews at www.georgelynch.com.

As previously reported, Lynch will be playing all the familiar hits from DOKKEN, LYNCH MOB, George's solo records "Sacred Groove" and "Furious George" plus songs from the "Stone House" sessions recorded with Matt Kramer (ex-SAIGON KICK).

George has been writing and recording at his studio in California along with longtime friend Frowin and engineer Mike Tacci. A new all-original album should be ready later in the year.
