GHOULUNATICS To Reunite For Benefit Show

October 8, 2010

Montreal deathcore act GHOULUNATICS, which split up in May of 2008, will reunite for one night only for an appearance ay this year's edition of a Montreal food drive for local food bank Sun Youth called La Grande Guignolée Underground. The fourth edition of the event will be held at on December 10 at Foufounes Electriques in Montreal. Also on the bill are local favorites LES EKORCHES and ARSENIQ33 (also reuniting for one night only). Opening the show will be stoner metal outfit BUFFALO THEORY MTL, which is comprised of members from all three of the other bands on the bill.

The event — which also took place in 2005, 2006, 2007 and was originally called The Ghouls X-Mass Party — is back for another edition and aims at surpassing the amount of non-perishable food items collected the previous years.

"We're asking everyone to bring at least one food item," the organizers say. "We all have a couple extra cans in our cupboards, and a lot of Montrealers need a helping hand at that time of year, so please be generous!"

Tickets are on sale now at Foufounes Electriques and at www.admission.com.
