GIANT: New Album Title Revealed

February 27, 2008

North Carolina's GIANT has set "Telemores" as the title of its new album, due later in the year via The End Records. According to the band, the songwriting process for the new CD "is a little over halfway complete. We have most of the main parts of the arrangements onto tape, and all of the extra instrumentation comes next, which will really complete these new pieces. We can't wait for you all to hear them, and see the artwork that us and Black Cloud have been working on for the album. Everything will be hand drawn/painted, and is composed directly as a result of listening to these new songs."

In other news, GIANT has issued the following touring update:

"We had a blast on our mini-tour with CITY OF SHIPS; they are an amazing band, and amazing people. They continue on for the next three weeks, so make sure to check them out if they are coming near you. We have also been asked to join BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, this time as direct support, for some Canadian and East Coast dates before they go out with DREAM THEATER and OPETH. Right after that we continue on with KHANN for the rest of April. We hope to see you all out on the road!"
