GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS: 'World's First' All-Girl Tribute To MTLEY CRE Celebrating Anniversary

May 22, 2008

GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS, the world's first and only all-girl tribute to MTLEY CRE, is celebrating its first GLAMiversary. The GIRLS have helped bring back metal to New York City and are currently one of Gotham's premier all-female bands. Their first year on the scene has seen them open for unlikely bands such as the YEAH YEAH YEAHS, as well as playing shows all over the Northeast and as far away as Alaska.

GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS' first GLAM-iversary party will be held on Friday, May 30 at New York City's Knitting Factory. CHILDREN OF THE UNICORN open, and after the GIRLS perform, the party will continue with Arlene's World Famous Live Rock'n'Roll Karaoke.
