GORGASM: New Song Posted Online

May 3, 2006

Chicago-based death metal trio GORGASM has posted new song, entitled "Visceral Discharge", at www.myspace.com/gorgasm2. The band are currently putting the finishing touches on their second new track, "Destined to Violate", which, according to the band, will have the "traditional GORGASM feeling to it, but slightly drifting away from non-stop brutal blast beats — to a more experimental writing approach." "Destined to Violate" will be posted on MySpace.com sometime next week.

As previously reported, GORGASM have set "Kuntkiller" as the working title for their new album. "It will be about 40 minutes long and will include a video for one of the songs," the band said. "Some other songtitles for 'Kuntkiller' are 'Erotic Dislimbing', 'Sadistic Bliss', 'Submissive Repugnancy' and 'Contemptious Debauchery'. Also, later this year, due to the huge demand, the band is planning to re-release their first album/EP, 'Stabwound Intercourse', which has been out of print for at least for the last four years. As a bonus, GORGASM's first, never-before-released demo from 1996 will be included on that disc."

GORGASM are confirmed to appear at this year's Maryland Death Fest, Central Illinois Death Fest and NRW Deathfest in Germany.
