GORY BLISTER Recording New Album

June 6, 2008

Long-running Italian technical death metallers GORY BLISTER are currently in the studio recording the follow up to 2006's "Skymorphosis". According to drummer Joe La Viola, "The material we have right now is definitely a big step forward for us, we have really grown into our music."

The as-yet-untitled album will be released by the end of the year via Mascot Records.

"Skymorphosis" came out in January 2006 via Mascot. The CD, which contains "14 tracks, 52 minutes of pure, fast and warm death metal," was recorded at Fear Studio and was produced by GORY BLISTER and Gabriele Ravaglia. The cover artwork was handled by B-Lial of Hybreed Corp.
