Gory Death Metal Marriage Proposal At EXHUMED Concert (Video)

November 4, 2011

During EXHUMED's November 2 concert at the Montage Musical Hall in Rochester, New York, NOKTURNAL HELLSTORM vocalist Ron Blackwell joined the Bay Area gore-grind legends onstage to surprise his girlfriend with a gory death metal proposal. Check out video footage below.

NOKTURNAL HELLSTORM was formed in 2010 by bassist Danny Lilker (BRUTAL TRUTH, NUCLEAR ASSAULT, ANTHRAX) to scratch his black metal itch after CRUCIFIST became inactive. Lilker recruited CRUCIFIST vocalist Ron Blackwell, SARCOUS members Bryan Rague (guitar),Eric Quartaro (guitar),and Joe Lionti (drums) plus Matt Greenwood (keyboards, backing vocals) to complete the lineup. They are currently putting the finishing touches on their debut album, which will feature eight tracks of ripping Scandinavian-inspired black metal.
