GUANO APES Postpone Dutch Dates
April 24, 2003Germany's GUANO APES were forced to postpone two Dutch concerts (Tilburg on April 24, and Amsterdam on April 25) after frontwoman Sandra Nasic came down with a case of "bad flu." Nasic's illness is not expected to affect the opening dates of the group's upcoming German tour, which is scheduled to kick off on Sunday, April 27 in Berlin.
The Dutch gigs will be made up as follows:
May 20 – Amsterdam, NETH @ Paradiso
May 21 – Tilburg, NETH @ 013
GUANO APES' latest album, "Walking On A Thin Line", entered the German Media Control charts at position #1. The band's previous CD, "Don't Give Me Names", achieved the same feat three years ago. The band have yet to secure a U.S. release for the new album.
