GUNS N' ROSES: Another BUMBLEFOOT Audio Interview Posted Online
May 2, 2007Smartassradio.com has posted a new audio interview with GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal at this location.
GUNS N' ROSES recently postponed the start of the band's world tour due to an injury sustained by bassist Tommy Stinson. In a press release, Stinson said, "I feel so bad right now. I accidentally fell down a flight of stairs. I put my hand down to break my fall and heard a loud 'pop.' The next morning my hand looked like a balloon. I went to see my doctor and while the good news is that it's not broken, the bad news is it's severely sprained and I may have done some ligament damage. We had our last rehearsal a few days ago and shipped the gear to Japan and then this happened. I feel horrible."
The long-delayed new GUNS N' ROSES album, "Chinese Democracy", missed a March 6 release date announced by singer and sole original member W. Axl Rose. There is currently no official release date for the disc. One or two songs have leaked online in the past few months.
"Chinese Democracy" has been in the works for more than a decade, with the project reportedly costing over $13 million.
