GUNS N' ROSES Plays Full Set In London After Arriving An Hour Late

October 14, 2010

According to NME.com, GUNS N' ROSES turned up an hour late last night (Wednesday, October 13) for the first of two of its concerts at London's O2 Arena, but was able to finish its set without incident.

Although the show was scheduled to end at 11 p.m. (BST),singer Axl Rose and the rest of the band were allowed to play on past midnight and complete their set.

Rose jokingly attempted to quell any riots before launching into "Sorry". "Now, now, now, let's not be throwing things," he told the crowd, "because you might miss me and you might hit one of these nice people down at the front. And we wouldn't want that to happen."
