GWYNBLEIDD: New Live Video Posted Online

December 27, 2006

GWYNBLEIDD, the New York City based dark/aggressive/progressive metal project combining elements of death/black metal, folk, prog and more, has posted a performance video of the new song "Stormcalling", filmed on December 15, 2006 at Northsix in Brooklyn, NY, at YouTube.com. The track will appear on GWYNBLEIDD's full-length debut, "Nostalgia", due out second half of 2007.

GWYNBLEIDD has been confirmed for the second annual Heathen Crusade 2 festival. The event, taking place on January 20, 2007 in Minneapolis, MN, showcases international acts highlighting a diverse pagan/folk sound in metal music. Other bands set to appear are BAL-SAGOTH, MAEL MORDHA, OBTEST, SLOUGH FEG, MÅNEGARM, SKYFORGER, VREID, RUDRA, HORDES OF YORE, DARK FOREST, WILL OF THE ANCIENTS and MANETHEREN. This will be the first GWYNBLEIDD appearance at a proper metal festival-type event since the release of debut "Amaranthine" EP in June. "Amaranthine" has since received excellent reviews and has been picked up for distribution by The End Records.
