GYPSY PISTOLEROS Signs U.S. Deal With CHAVIS RECORDS

U.K. flamenco sleaze rockers GYPSY PISTOLEROS have inked a deal with Chavis Records for the U.S. release of the band's new album, "Welcome To The Hotel De La Muerte". Tentatively due on November 30, the CD will feature a total of 18 tracks: five new cuts plus 13 songs from "Para Siempre", remixed and remastered at Alpine Sound.

Lead singer Lee Pistolero states, "We are thrilled to sign with Chavis Records, one of the only record labels in the U.S that still has a real passion and drive for pushing real rock music in the States! It was a massive decision for us and we can't wait for our first U.S release."

"Welcome To The Hotel De La Muerte" will be released in Europe as a five-song EP on October 12 via Bad Reputation Records. The bulk of the recording sessions was completed at Robannas Studio in Birmingham with Miguel Seco while the main vocals and lead guitar were tracked at Mighty Atom Studio in Wales with producer Joe Gibb (JANE'S ADDICTION, CATATONIA, LEFTFIELD, THE KINKS, THE CURE, FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND). The cover artwork (see below) was created by Jo Burgon.
