GYPSY PISTOLEROS To Release 'Hotel De La Muerte' Mini-Album In October

U.K. flamenco sleaze rockers GYPSY PISTOLEROS will release their new mini-album, "Welcome To The Hotel De La Muerte", on October 12 via Bad Reputation Records. The bulk of the recording sessions was completed at Robannas Studio in Birmingham with Miguel Seco while the main vocals and lead guitar were tracked at Mighty Atom Studio in Wales with producer Joe Gibb (JANE'S ADDICTION, CATATONIA, LEFTFIELD, THE KINKS, THE CURE, FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND). The cover artwork (see below) was created by Jo Burgon.

An unmastered version of the epic eight-minute ballad "Sangre de la Rosas" (featuring members of the Welsh National Orchestra; arranged by Joe Gibb) is available for streaming on the band's MySpace page.

"Welcome To The Hotel De La Muerte" will be accompanied by a live DVD featuring footage shot at this year's Rocklahoma festival in Pryor, Oklahoma (ten live tracks will be featured). A free single download, "Vivo con los Gitanos", will be available September 1 accompanied by the video, to be filmed in the old Spaghetti Western set in Almeria, Spain.
